How do I clean a neoprene mat?+
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or submerge the mat. For light surface marks, a damp cloth is usually sufficient. Lay flat to dry. Avoid folding or rolling tightly for storage — rolling loosely or storing flat is preferred to keep the mat lying flat during play.
How long does production take?+
Every mat is made to order in our studio after you place your order. Production takes two to five working days, after which your order is dispatched with tracking. Most US orders arrive within seven to ten working days from order date.
