How long does an order take?

Each mat is printed and finished to order in our studio. Production is typically two to five working days, plus delivery. You will receive tracking the moment your order leaves us.

Can I return a mat I have ordered?

Standard, in-stock designs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom and personalised mats are made just for you and are non-returnable unless faulty. See our shipping and returns page for the full policy.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the United States. Free shipping is included on orders over $99. Most orders arrive within 7-10 working days.

Can I commission a custom design?

Absolutely. Custom and bespoke design is what we do. Send us a brief at hello@silkmahjong.com and we will come back with options, lead times and a quote.

Are your mats really made of silk?

No, and we think that is a good thing. Silk Mahjong is the brand name; the mats themselves are printed on a heavy-weight leatherette (600-700 gsm) or a cushioned neoprene (1000 gsm), both of which wear far better at the table than silk would.
