How and when your mat arrives.

Every Silk Mahjong mat is printed to order in our studio. Production typically takes 2-5 working days, after which your order is collected by a tracked courier and on its way.

Orders over $99 ship free with standard ground service (typically 7-10 working days end-to-end). Express options are available at checkout.

Returns

Thirty days to be sure.

Standard, in-stock designs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as they are unused and in original condition. To start a return, email hello@silkmahjong.com with your order number and we will send instructions.

Custom and personalised mats are made specifically for you and are non-returnable unless faulty. We send a digital proof for sign-off before going to print, so you can be confident in the design before it is committed to fabric.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty or Damaged

We will make it right.

If your mat arrives damaged or with a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost. Every mat is checked by hand before it leaves us, but if something has slipped through, it is on us to put it right.

How long until my mat arrives?
Each mat is printed to order in our studio. Production takes 2-5 working days, plus shipping time. Most orders arrive within 7-10 working days from placing the order.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $99. Standard ground shipping is included.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the United States. Enter your address at checkout for delivery options and estimated timing.
Can I return a mat?

Are custom mats returnable?
