Standard Items

How to return an item.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email hello@silkmahjong.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions within one business day.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Custom & Personalised Items

Made for you - still covered.

Custom and personalised items are returnable if they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described or approved. Your statutory rights are fully preserved.

If a custom item arrives in perfect condition and matches the approved proof, it cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind - this is standard practice for bespoke, made-to-order goods.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We will make it right, at our cost.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, Silk Mahjong will cover the cost of the return shipping. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo showing the issue. We will get back to you within one business day with a prepaid return label or an alternative resolution.

Refunds

Back to you quickly.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
