Made by hand, before it ships.
Every Silk Mahjong product is printed to order and finished by hand. This takes 5-10 business days. Once your piece is ready, it is passed to a tracked courier and dispatched.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order leaves us.
Customs and import duties.
Packages are shipped internationally. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
We mark all packages with accurate customs values. We are unable to falsify customs declarations.
If something takes longer than expected.
Production and transit times are estimates. Occasionally delays occur due to high demand, customs clearance, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly late, email hello@silkmahjong.com and we will investigate and keep you updated.
