Every Silk Mahjong product is printed to order and finished by hand. Standard orders take 2–5 working days; bulk orders take 5–10 business days. Once your piece is ready, it is passed to a tracked courier and dispatched.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order leaves us.
Customs and import duties.
Packages are shipped internationally. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
We mark all packages with accurate customs values. We are unable to falsify customs declarations.
