By accessing silkmahjong.com and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We may update them from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order governs that transaction.

Silk Mahjong products are individually crafted using premium fabrics and custom printing. Every piece is produced to order. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods and are not defects.

We take care to represent colours accurately, but screen calibration varies between devices. If you have specific colour requirements, please contact us before ordering.

Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

For international orders, your card issuer may apply currency conversion fees. These are outside our control.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email and begin production. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if there has been a pricing error.

Once production has begun on a custom or personalised item, we cannot accept cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Products are shipped internationally. Processing time is 5-10 business days as each item is handmade to order. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are in addition to production time.

We ship worldwide. Delivery costs and estimated transit times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or other events outside our control.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Our full Returns & Refunds Policy is available at silkmahjong.com/returns. In summary: we accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly described.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content on this site - including designs, images, text, and the Silk Mahjong name and logo - is the property of Silk Mahjong or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

By submitting artwork or designs for a custom order, you confirm that you own or have the right to use that content, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silk Mahjong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased from us.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer based in the United States, nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws.
